CSOne Self-Services


 

 

Our aim is to provide convenient, secure and fast access to our services. Customer can deposit/withdraw/transfer the money to their trading account or registered bank account via our self-services system under the trading system.

Our self-services system provides the daily/monthly statement (last two months) for our customer to review their activities and account balance. Also, customer can change their information easily via our self-services system and check the approval status.

Minimum System Requirements: Windows 7 + I.E. 11 Version

 

1. Run the SPTrader program and enter your login ID and password

 

2. Under the menu, select Account — > Account Info –> CS

 

3. Click “Go” button under Account Tab

1. Select “Daily/Monthly Statement” on main menu (Only provide statement download within 60 days)

 

2. You can select your trading accounts in drop-down menu on the left-middle

 

3. You can select the months in dropdown menu on the right-middle

 

4. The system will highlight the day on calendar and allow you to download your statements

Client can transfer money from one of his/her trading account to other related trading accounts under same account ID.

1. Select “Transfer” on main menu

 

2. Client select the account under “From” and “To”. Fill in the amount and remark for internal transfer. Then press “Submit”.

 

4. Verify the details of internal transfer and Press “Confirm”. If any changes, press “Cancel”

 

5. The request has been submitted on the system. The request is in process of handling and return the result in shortly.

Client can deposit into his/her trading account or withdraw money from one of his/her trading account to registered bank account.

Deposit money into trading account

1. Select “Deposit/Withdrawal” on main menu

 

2. Select “Deposit”

 

3. Client select the account under “From” and fill in the amount. Upload the proof picture into the system and input the note for deposit. Then press “Submit”.

 

4. Verify the details of internal transfer and Press “Confirm”. If any changes, press “Cancel”

 

5. The request has been submitted on the system. The request is in process of handling and return the result in shortly.

Withdraw money from trading account to registered bank account

1. Select “Deposit/Withdrawal” on main menu

 

2. Select “Withdrawal”

 

3. Client select his/her trading account under “From” and registered bank account under “Transfer”. Fill in the amount and remark for withdrawal. Then press “Submit”.

 

4. Verify the details of money withdraw and Press “Confirm”. If any changes, press “Cancel”

 

5. The request has been submitted on the system. The request is in process of handling and retuen the result in shortly.

Shortcut: Change Address1 Add new or change bank account2

 

1. Select “Personal Information” on main menu

 

Change Address

2. Client can update his/her personal information likely the highlight items at below captured screen

 

3. Enter the new address and upload the address proof picture (Public Institution’s Letter / Bank’s Letter/ Phone Bill / Government Department’s Letter issued within the last 3 months)

 

4. Verify the details of updated items and Press “Confirm”. If any changes, press “Cancel”

 

5. Press “Send” to receive the SMS code and enter into the system then press “Confirm”

 

6. The request has been submitted on the system. The request is in process of handling and return the result ASAP.

Add new or change bank account

2. Client can update his/her bank account likely the highlight items at below captured screen


3. Enter the new bank account information and upload the address proof picture (new bank account monthly statement)
    If you want to add a new bank account to be a registered bank account, please add NEW behind the bank name.


4. Verify the details of updated items and Press “Confirm”. If any changes, press “Cancel”


5. Press “Send” to receive the SMS code and enter into the system then press “Confirm”


6. The request has been submitted on the system. The request is in process of handling and return the result ASAP.

Approval Status

Personal Information Approval Status

1. Select “Approval Status” on main menu

 

2. Select “Personal Information”

 

3. Client can sort-out the results by using the filter of “Status” or “Date”

Deposit/Withdrawal Approval Status

1. Select “Approval Status” on main menu

 

2. Select “Deposit/Withdrawal”

 

3. Client can sort-out the results by using the filter of “Status” or “Date”

Cancel the waiting approval’s items

1. Selected the “Personal Information” or “Deposit/Withdrawal” of approval status, the system will display all the applied items. Client can cancel the applied item if the status is waiting for approval.

 

2. After selected the waiting approval’s item, you will enter the screen at below. Client can select “Revoke” to cancel the item.

 

3. After pressed the “Revoke”, the system will cancel the apply on system.

To reset your logon password, please follow the steps below:

For the users who are using PC version, click this link to reset the password directly.

1. On the SPTrader login page, press 〝Seek Help〞

2. Enter your account number and registered mobile number, then click〝Send〞to receive a one-time authentication code.

3. Enter the one-time authentication code, then click 〝Next〞

4. After passing the verification, the client needs to enter his/her ID Card number and date of birth on system, then press 〝 Submit 〞

5. The new password will be sent via SMS on registered mobile number
