This notice is addressed to existing and prospective individual clients from whom Excalibur collect personal information, and sets out the company policy and practices on the collection of personal data from individual clients for or in relation to the purposes set out hereunder and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

 

Client may sometime be required to supply Excalibur with personal data to be used for these purposes:

• Open, administer and operate client account
• Perform credit analysis for provision of loan facilities to clients
• Calculate and recover any indebtedness and/or liabilities by clients
• Fulfill the Company disclosure reporting requirements, as mandated under of local law, rules or regulations

 

Client data will be kept confidential, but Excalibur may provide, transfer, disclose or exchange such personal data to:

• Any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides business operation services
• Any assignee of Excalibur or participant or sub-participant or transferee of Excalibur’s rights in respect of the client
• Any bank or financial institution with which the client has dealings
• Any legal, accounting or professional person, firm or body
• Any government, law enforcement or other regulatory authority, body or entity under any applicable law, rules or regulations

 

Client has the right to:

• Access to their own data held with Excalibur
• Require Excalibur to correct any inaccurate personal data
• Ascertain the policies and practices in relation to the personal information collection
